Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Next Level Consumer Credit Litigation Consulting ("Next Level," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing this website, scheduling a consultation, purchasing a service, enrolling in a course or community, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please discontinue use of this website and our services.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing complete, accurate, and timely information necessary for the services requested. This includes, but is not limited to, credit reports, correspondence from creditors, collection agencies, consumer reporting agencies, attorneys, courts, arbitrators, or any other documents relevant to the matter. Failure to provide requested documentation or respond to requests for information may delay or limit the services that can be provided.

Clients are responsible for notifying Next Level Consumer Credit Litigation Consulting of any changes to their contact information, including mailing address, email address, or telephone number. Clients also agree to promptly notify us of any settlement offers, court filings, arbitration notices, judgments, collection activity, or other developments relating to their matter.

Consulting Services

Next Level Consumer Credit Litigation Consulting provides consumer credit consulting, case strategy, educational services, document preparation assistance, arbitration preparation, federal court preparation, small claims court preparation, judgment relief preparation, settlement negotiation assistance, and related consumer credit consulting services.

Next Level Consumer Credit Litigation Consulting is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice or legal representation. Nothing contained on this website or provided through our services should be interpreted as legal advice or as creating an attorney-client relationship.

No Guarantee of Results

Every consumer credit matter is unique. While we strive to provide high-quality consulting and strategic guidance, no guarantees, promises, or warranties are made regarding the outcome of any consultation, dispute, arbitration, court proceeding, settlement negotiation, or other matter. Results vary based on the facts of each individual case, the evidence available, and the actions of third parties.

Payment

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due before services are performed. Certain services may require payment in full before work begins, while others may be eligible for approved payment arrangements. Failure to make required payments may result in the postponement, suspension, or cancellation of services until the outstanding balance has been satisfied.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Consultations may be rescheduled with reasonable advance notice. Missed appointments or cancellations made without adequate notice may be subject to forfeiture of the appointment fee. Additional scheduling policies may apply depending on the service purchased.

Client Communications

Clients agree to respond to requests for information in a timely manner and understand that delays in communication may affect the progress of their matter. Next Level Consumer Credit Litigation Consulting is not responsible for delays resulting from incomplete information, failure to respond, actions taken by third parties, or circumstances beyond our control.

Educational Materials

All educational materials, documents, templates, courses, videos, downloads, website content, and other intellectual property remain the exclusive property of Next Level Consumer Credit Litigation Consulting. These materials are licensed solely for the personal use of the purchaser and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, shared, sold, or transferred without prior written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Next Level Consumer Credit Litigation Consulting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of this website, our educational materials, consultations, or other services. Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Refund Policy

Effective Date: July 30, 2026

At Next Level Consumer Credit Litigation Consulting, I am committed to providing professional consulting, educational services, and digital resources designed to help consumers better understand and navigate consumer credit matters. Because my services often require immediate scheduling, preparation, and the allocation of time and resources, the following Refund Policy applies to all purchases.

All refund requests must be submitted within forty-eight (48) hours of the original purchase date. If a refund request is approved, it will be processed using the original method of payment.

After forty-eight (48) hours from the date of purchase, all sales are final, and no refunds, credits, or exchanges will be provided for any reason, including but not limited to unused services, scheduling conflicts, dissatisfaction with a consultation, failure to attend an appointment, failure to provide requested information, or a change in personal circumstances.

Consultation fees become non-refundable once the consultation has taken place, regardless of when the request is made. If you need to reschedule an appointment, you must provide reasonable advance notice. Missed appointments or cancellations without sufficient notice may result in the forfeiture of the consultation fee.

Digital products, downloadable materials, templates, checklists, worksheets, online courses, memberships, subscriptions, and educational resources are considered delivered upon purchase or when access is granted. Because these products cannot be returned, they are non-refundable after the forty-eight (48) hour refund period.

If a recurring membership or subscription is offered, cancellation will prevent future billing but will not entitle you to a refund for payments that have already been processed. Access to membership content will continue through the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated.

Refund requests submitted within the forty-eight (48) hour period will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Next Level Consumer Credit Litigation Consulting reserves the right to deny refund requests when services have already been substantially performed, digital products have been accessed or downloaded, fraudulent activity is suspected, or this policy has otherwise been violated.

By purchasing any service, consultation, membership, course, digital product, or educational material from Next Level Consumer Credit Litigation Consulting, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Refund Policy.
